MANILA, Philippines --- Reelectionist Senator Koko Pimentel failed to get the top spot for the senatorial race in the election held in his hometown of Cagayan de Oro, ranking only fourth place based on the unofficial and partial results of the Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) tally.
