MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine National Police (PNP) recorded 41 violent incidents nationwide on Election Day, spokesperson Col. Bernard Banac said Thursday. In a press briefing at Camp Crame, Banac said the PNP was still validating if the incidents were actually election-related or typical crimes.
