MANILA, Philippines --- The Philippine National Police (PNP) said Thursday it recorded 22 cases of cyberbullying since 2017 until March 2019, with minors comprising most of the victims. Data from the PNP showed it recorded nine victims of cyber-bullying in 2017; 11 in 2018; and two this year as of March. According to PNP spokesperson Police Col. Bernard Banac, the incidents happened mostly through social media.
