MANILA, Philippines -- The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) on Sunday morning resumed encoding nationwide election returns which are compared to results from the transparency server. Volunteers arrived at the PPCRV command center in Paco, Manila, for the first shift of the day from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Physical copies of election returns are transported from cities and provinces to the command center where they are manually encoded by volunteers to see of these match figures from the transparency server.
