MANILA, Philippines --- The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) on Sunday said that they would continue encoding election returns and comparing them with results from the transparency server even after winning candidates had been proclaimed. PPCRV Executive Director Maria Isabel Buenaobra said they were still waiting for election returns from various parts of the country to arrive and be encoded.
