MANILA, Philippines --- The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) will be releasing their report on the transparency server's logs on Monday, Commission of Elections (Comelec) commissioner Rowena Guanzon said Sunday. The audit logs would help explain the seven-hour glitch that delayed the arrival of election results to the transparency server on election day.
