This development came as the Commission on Elections (Comelec) await for the transmission of only six certificates of canvass (COCs) as of 3:35 p.m. of Sunday. "This week, Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. As long as we get the COCs that we are waiting [for]," Comelec Director Frances Arabe told reporters in an interview.
