MANILA, Philippines --- Nine out of the 134party-list groups for the upcoming May 13 mid-term elections may potentially secure seats in the House of Reprentatives, the latest Pulse Asia Survey showed. In the survey released by the major pollster released Saturday, the Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) led with a 10.6 percent voter preference. Following ACT-CIS was the Ako Bicol Political Party with 6.72 percent voter preference. Militant group Bayan Muna came in third with 6.07 percent voter preference.
