TACLOBAN CITY -- Earthquakes continue to shake the town of San Julian in Eastern Samar, the epicenter of the 6.5 magnitude quake that was felt across Eastern Visayas on April 23. On Wednesday morning, two jolts were felt in the town, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said. The first tremor was felt at 11:01 a.m. with a magnitude of 4.5. This was followed by another earthquake with a magnitude of 3 at 11:08 a.m. There were no reports of damage. San Julian has experienced 24 earthquakes since the 6.5-magnitude tremor last April 23....
