Team India trainer bars son from applying BCCI job

TOI has learnt that fearing backlash from veteran trainers, Team India’s strength and conditioning (S&C) trainer, Shanker Basu, has asked his son Arjun and all other students at Primal Patterns Holistic Fitness Studio not to apply for the posts BCCI has advertised for. The interviews are slated to be conducted on May 20. Basu’s wife is a director at Primal Patterns.
