MANILA, Philippines --- "Breathe, grieve and mourn, heal." These were the wise words of former Supreme Court spokesperson Theodore "Ted" Te to Bar examinees who didn't make the cut. The high court released the results of the 2018 Bar exams Friday, where 1,800 out of 8,155 examinees passed, or a passing rate of 22.07 percent this year.
