MANILA, Philippines --- A thunderstorm advisory was released for Metro Manila and other areas in Luzon by the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Thursday. The state weather bureau issued the bulletin at 12:25 p.m., saying that heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected within the next two hours in Metro Manila, Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Bataan, and Rizal.
