STO. DOMINGO, Albay --- An unidentified woman, believed to be suffering from mental illness, was killed after being hit by a pickup truck in Sto. Domingo town, Albay on Wednesday. A report from the Sto. Domingo police, said the victim was crossing the national highway when she was hit by an Isuzu DMAX and dragged about two to three meters in Barangay Lidong around 11:30 a.m. The victim was pinned between the vehicle and an electric post and suffered several injuries, with her head cut off, the report said.
