The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) operatives have arrested 31 Chinese nationals in Muntinlupa City who are believed to be engaged in cybercrime activities. In a statementon Thursday, the NBI said the 31 foreigners were charged with illegal gambling before the Muntinlupa City Prosecutor's Office. They were arrested during a raid in Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City on Wednesday, July 25, where the suspects' electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones were seized.
