The Philippine National Police (PNP) has formally filed kidnapping and human trafficking charges against former Bayan Muna Rep. Satur Ocampo, ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro, and 16 others for allegedly holding 14 minors in Davao City. Satur and his companions were on board five vans when intercepted Wednesday night in Davao del Norte. The PNP accused them of taking into custody the minors who are students of a learning school in Sitio Dulyan, Palma Gil in Talaingod town.
