BACOLOD CITY - Militant groups marked Bonifacio Day in Bacolod City on Friday with protests calling for the implementation of genuine land reform and the repeal of Memorandum Order (MO) 32, that mandates deployment of troops on Negros Island, Bicol, and Samar.
