SAN PEDRO CITY --- A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Tanauan City in Batangas province past noon on Monday. The suspect was identified as Ronald Moncayo, 37, a resident of Barangay Poblacion 6. City police chief Supt. Reynaldo Maclang, in a message, said the residents had complained about Moncayo allegedly selling illegal drugs in their neighborhood. Maclang said an undercover policeman was able to buy P500 worth of "shabu" (crystal meth) from Moncayo, prompting the arrest. When frisked, authorities recovered another sachet of suspected shabu from the suspect. /ee...
