ORMOC CITY --- A tricycle driver was the first violator of a Commission on Elections gun ban for the May election in Biliran province after he yielded several firearms during a raid in his house in Barangay Baso, Cabucgayan about 8:30 a.m. Friday. Cabucgayan Police Chief P/Insp. Vic R. Viros said Proseso Tanguihan, alias "Porsing," 68, was arrested for illegal possession of firearms.
