MANILA, Philippines - The medical officer of the Department of Health (DOH) recently arrested in a Mandaluyong City buy-bust operation has been on absence without leave (AWOL) status since November last year, the Department of Health-Metro Manila Center For Health Development (DOH-MMCHD) said Thursday.
