MANILA, Philippines --- The Makati City Prosecutors Office has dismissed the complaint against three lawyers who were arrested last year for interfering with the implementation of a search warrant conducted by the Makati Police at Times Bar. In a 14-page resolution, the Office of the City Prosecutor of Makati cleared lawyers Lenie Rocel Rocha, Jan Vincent Soliven, and Romulo Bernard Alarkon of obstruction of justice, violation of Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code for resistance and disobedience to a person in authority, and constructive possession of drugs under Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
