DAVAO CITY--- At least 18 mild earthquakes of tectonic origin hit Surigao del Norte from the dawn hours till mid morning on Monday, April 29, Phivolcs said. The Phivolcs earthquake bulletin noted a 3.7 magnitude quake at 12:34 am on Monday, with epicenter at 60 km southeast of General Luna town of Surigao del Norte, and a depth of 12 km.
