MANILA, Philippines -- First District Congressman Vincent 'Bingbong' Crisologo has stepped up his campaign to take control of Quezon City's leadership. Campaign manager Edwin Rodriguez said, "Crisologo visited other districts in Quezon City where he is supposed to be weak. The reception he has received outside of his district is overwhelming."
