MANILA, Philippines -- Cebu Pacific has been forced to canceled several of its flights starting Sunday in order to reschedule previously disrupted flights. In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said on Sunday that in the past few days, it monitored "an unprecedented level of disruption to [its] operation" that led to the flight delay or cancellations.
