MANILA, Philippines --- A 31-year-old man reportedly abducted a three-year-old girl, molested her, then tried to turn her over to the police in Valenzuela City on Sunday. According to authorities, members of the Valenzuela Police Community Precinct 8 were on patrol along Mindanao Avenue near Sto. Rosario Street in Barangay Ugong at about 9 p.m. when some people called them and sought assistance. One of them was Mario dela Cruz, who reportedly appeared drunk.
