MANILA, Philippines -- The resolution released by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors about the country's drug war campaign aims to discredit the administration. These were the words of Interior and Local Government Undersecretary Epimaco Densing III on Sunday as he slammed the resolution, saying it has "no basis."
