MANILA, Philippines --- With only 21 certificates of canvass (COCs) left, the Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers (NBOC), resumed on Saturday afternoon the canvassing of votes for the 2019 midterm elections. Comelec, specifically, finished counting 87.42 percent of COCs or 146 out of 167 COCs.
