MANILA, Philippines - The Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Monday sees no need to extend voting hours despite the delayed opening of polling precincts in several areas nationwide. "There is no need for additional voting hours because the voting hours are already flexible. That extension is not being talked about now," Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez said in a press briefing.
