MANILA, Philippines --- Peter Joemel Advincula, the man claiming to be "Bikoy," went through booking procedures at Camp Crame on Thursday, a day after he surrendered to the Northern Police District of the National Capital Region Police Office. Advincula, who said his earlier accusations that some close allies and relatives of President Rodrigo Duterte are linked to illegal drugs were false, was assisted by police officers as he went through booking procedures at the PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.
