ORMOC CITY ---- A man was killed after the motorcycle he was driving collided with another motorcycle in Barangay Campidhan, San Julian, Eastern Samar at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Captain Wilfredo Monsanto, chief of the San Julian town police, said Severo Ranulo Jr, 38, a resident of Loyola Heights, Sulat, Eastern Samar, overtook a vehicle ahead of him resulting in a collision with the motorcycle driven by Rominick Mengote of the Philippine Army. Both drivers were unconscious and were brought to the Eastern Samar Provincial Hospital. Physicians declared Ranulo dead on arrival. (Editor:Leti Boniol)...
