A new batch of criminal complaints was filed on Tuesday before the Department of Justice against former Health Secretary Janette Garin and 37 others over deaths allegedly caused by the Dengvaxia vaccine. Ten more families, assisted by the Public Attorneys' Office (PAO), filed criminal cases against Garin, other health officials, and officials and personnel of vaccine manufacturer Sanofi Pasteur and its distributor, Zuellig Pharma. Two of the criminal complaints have also named current Health Secretary Francisco Duque III as one of the respondents.
