Two Filipino men working as waiters in Dubai are accused of trying to kill their countryman last May after the victim was stabbed twice. The man had been visited at his residence by three Filipino friends consisting of two women and one man. They arrived in the evening and left at 4 a.m. However, they would return minutes later to tell him that they had been assaulted in the elevator by two waiters who were their countrymen, reported Gulf News on Sunday, Oct. 28.
