Resigned Customs intelligence officer Jimmy Guban has been admitted to the witness protection program (WPP), the Department of Justice (DOJ) chief said on Tuesday. In a text message to reporters, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra confirmed that Guban entered the program but refused to provide further details. "Yes, Mr. Guban has been admitted into the WPP.
