Typhoon "Rosita" (international name: Yutu) started crossing Bengueton Tuesdayafternoon while maintaining its strength as it moves toward La Union, the state weather bureau reported. In its latest bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it last spotted Rosita in the vicinity of Sablan, Benguet as of1 p.m. The typhoon packs maximum sustained winds 140 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of up to 230 kph, moving west with a speed of 20 kph.
