QUEZON, Isabela --- A 50-year-old woman was arrested on Sunday for 12 counts of estafa lodged against her in different courts in Cagayan Valley and the Cordillera. Jocelyn Valdez was served arrest warrants for estafa and for issuing bouncing checks issued by courts in Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, and Apayao, and in Tuguegarao City.
