A total of 1,266 out of 2,478 individuals, or 51 percent, passed the recently concluded customs broker licensure exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday. A passing rate of 48.91 percent was recorded for the examination, which was administered by the members of the Board for Customs Brokers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao from Nov. 21 to Nov. 22. Jhary-Jhay Ybaez Loyola from Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges led the passers with a grade of 94.
