The Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 150 has allowed Senator Antonio Trillanes IV to travel abroad. In its three-page order, Makati RTC Branch 150 Judge Elmo Alameda noted that Trillanes' past actions indicate that he is not a flight risk. "As shown by his past actions, he voluntarily surrendered and posted bail in this case immediately upon service of the warrant for his arrest and that he has always returned to this country in those instances where he was permitted by the courts to travel abroad.
