Milgrace Driz, Southern Mindanao police regional spokesperson, said elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) arrested Rufo Pabilona, 65, at Kilometer 7.5, Purok Matina Pangiaround8:30 a.m. Pabilona, who was Tagbina mayor from 1986 to 1995, had arrest warrants issued by the anti-graft court in 2002 and 2006 for violation of Republic Act 3019 or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
