CAMALIG, Albay - Singer-songwriter Gary Valenciano on Thursday led a humanitarian group in holding an outreach program in his hometown, benefiting thousands of residents in the two-day activity. Valenciano, together with the Shining Light Foundation, partnered with Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines (OBFP) in conducting a medical, dental and optical services, wheelchair donation, feeding program, school supplies distribution and a Superbook film showing on Wednesday and Thursday at the Camalig North Central School here.
