Several roads in Manila will be affected by theLiga Independencia Filipina: Conferencia ng Inang Bayan from Nov. 29 to 30, the Manila Police District (MPD) said on Thursday. The event, which will gather members of the Liga Independencia Filipina, will be held at 3 p.m. at the Quirino Grandstand in Luneta, Manila. MPD said the affected roads are Roxas Boulevard, South Drive, Independence Road, Katigbak Drive and Bonifacio Drive. It also advised motorists to take Taft Avenue as an alternate route during the event.
