LEGAZPI CITY - As Tropical Depression " Usman" threatens to make landfall over Eastern Samar, 148 families (751 people) in Sorsogon province have fled from possible landslides and flooding as of 11 p.m. Friday. Raden Dimaano, chief of the Sorsogon Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, said that the families were from 12 villages in the towns of Irosin, Barcelona, and Casiguran, and the city of Sorsogon.
