DIMASALANG, Masbate --- At least 63 persons were evacuated as heavy rains flooded eight villages in Masbate City on Saturday. Alexis Mabini, a staff at the Masbate City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, said the sudden downpour after the storm warning signal was lifted caused flooding in Barangays Ibingay, Espinosa, F. Magallanes, Tugbo, Kinamaligan, Usab, Mayngaran, and Pawa.
