The Philippine National Police (PNP) will refile kidnapping and human trafficking complaints against former Bayan Muna Rep. Satur Ocampo, ACT Teachers Party-list Rep. France Castro, and 16 others for allegedly holding 14 minors in Davao del Norte to teach them rebellious ideas.
