MANILA, Philippines---Tropical depression "Usman" continued to move erratically and almost stationary over the West Philippine Sea, according to the 5 p.m. weather bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) on Friday.
