CAUAYAN CITY---A 47-year-old trader died while nine people were injured when two vehicles collided at dawn on Friday (December 28) at the national highway in Tagaran village here. A Toyota Hi-Ace Grandia van swerved to avoid a section of the road that was under construction but crashed into an Isuzu Mu-X sports utility vehicle, killing the SUV passenger identified as Cornelio Abu.
