MANILA, Philippines --- The fatalities due to landslides and flooding triggered by the heavy downpour of Tropical Depression "Usman" rose to 35 in the Bicol region on Sunday. As of 6 a.m., the Bicol Region police have recorded 12 fatalities in Albay, the highest among the Bicol provinces. Nine were reported dead in Camarines Sur, with the latest reported death of a three-year-old boy found in Barangay Pambuhan in the municipality of Garchitorena.
