In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority said that the following flights are canceled: Cebgo DG 6111 Manila - Naga DG 6112 Naga -- Manila DG 6113 Manila - Naga DG 6114 Naga -- Manila 29 areas have so far been placed under Signal 1 due to Tropical Depression Jenny. According to the state weather bureau, Jenny was last spotted 440 kilometers east of Daet, Camarines Norte.
