MANILA, Philippines --- A Senate inquiry into the implementation of the good conduct time allowance (GCTA) law would serve as a reunion for Senate Richard Gordon and Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) chief Nicanor Faeldon, Senate Minority Leader Franklin Drilon said.
