MANILA, Philippines - Parts of Luzon may experience a rainy Wednesday even as Tropical Depression Jenny is expected to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
