A report from Pampanga police chief Col. Jean Fajardo said the passenger jeepney driven by Hernando Dela Rosa Jr. was traversing the JASA road in Barangay San Agustin in Lubao when a Nissan Navarra pick-up truck hit the jeepney's left portion at 6 p.m, Wednesday.
