MANILA, Philippines --- It was a tragic New Year's Day in Pampanga after seven out of 22 passengers of a passenger jeepney were killed in a multiple-vehicle collision. A report from Pampanga police chief Col. Jean Fajardo said the passenger jeepney driven by Hernando Dela Rosa Jr. was traversing the JASA road in Barangay San Agustin in Lubao when a Nissan Navarra pick-up truck hit the jeepney's left portion at 6 p.m, Wednesday.
