MANILA, Philippines --- The northeast monsoon or "amihan" is expected to bring light rains over parts of Luzon and Eastern Visayas, the state weather bureau said. In its weather bulletin early Thursday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said cloudy skies with scattered rains will prevail over the Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon due to the northeast monsoon. The northeast monsoon will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Eastern Visayas. ...
